Recent Work History

Senior Supervisor, Sales Operations
Oct 2022 – Present

Responsibilities:

  • Spearheaded the creation and implementation of a text line for the department
    • Regularly met with superiors to develop policies and procedures.
    • Communicated these policies and procedures using comprehensive Microsoft Sharepoint pages.
    • Built out a shift schedule that could accommodate for changing staffing.
    • Trained each agent in groups of 1-3.
How I Integrated Design: Every text department communication had a graphic heading. I created a thought out color palette for the site, and used those purple colors for all imagery across the Sharepoint site. This has allowed me to practice creating graphics with text, as well as creating graphics with a professional audience.
  • Created and led department competitions and incentives, contributing to employee engagement and culture
    • Communicated across departments to solidify timelines
    • Created four competitions and one raffle system to run through our busiest season
    • Started preparations several months ahead of the deadline; the competitions ran for around one month, with less than a week between each
    • Built each of the four with specific goals in mind
How I integrated Design: I "branded" each competition to create physical and atmospheric consistency. Each competition had a logo, a color palette, and visual graphics for all activities.
  • Managed up to 15 agents at a time
    • Consistent one-to-one communication and coaching
    • Delegating important projects and overseeing their completion
    • Detail focused quality review
    • Running meetings for trainings, competition proposals, management huddles, and more
How I Integrated Design: All organization was color-coded by agent to create visual consistency across platforms. From excel sheets to calendar tags, I was able to easily recognize the context based on color.
  • Supported department-level branded projects through self-taught design, leveraging tools like Canva, Capcut, and SharePoint to create internal collateral and visual content
Unprofessional Resume

When you get Sunnie Jae, you get options. I'm a creative by nature; I take every chance to take an idea and make an experience.

Writing

I've been writing longer than anything. Language is my first love. (Sorry, Ken) If you have a short story you'd like to commission, that would be swell.

Current Projects

My inspiration always has a story, so my current passion has been the intersection of digital/graphic art and writing. I'm currently working on two WebComics:

16 (Sixteen)
follows the college lives of 16 psych 101 students
the concept comes from the MBTI archetypes. each main character is inspired by MBTI stereotypes
Not Just Another Werewolf Romance
starts as a serialized novel
chapters will be published on my blog
follows four young adults navigating romance, friendship, and the supernatural
recommended for readers who like enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, soulmates, and bisexual main characters.

Video Content

I'm also always editing videos. My content ranges from viral cat tiktoks to department announcements for my 9-5 Desk Job.

I've been vlogging since I was 13 (it's almost all been scrubbed, don't worry). It's become something close to a public journal for me. My job is not naturally creative, but I've found a way to incorporate my hobby into my day-to-day.

you can find me in the kpop-sphere making video compilations of favorite performances. you can find me on tiktok going viral for my cat being ornery. (ꈍᴗꈍ)♡
